This is a private club so therefore no 2am closings, close family type of environment. Must have current TIPS certification or eligible to pass within 90 days of hire. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; respond promptly to any issues or concerns. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure seamless service throughout your shift. Collaborate with team members during busy nights such as nightclub events or banquet functions to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or banquet setting is highly preferred. familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for cash handling. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience serving in the food industry with a focus on food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a lively atmosphere. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, brewing processes, and cocktail recipes is advantageous.
