Starting pay: $12.14 + Tips The Brew Brothers Bartender prepares and serves beverages in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment while delivering friendly, energetic, and efficient service. This role engages guests with enthusiasm, maintains strong product knowledge, and ensures the bar area remains clean, stocked, and organized. This role supports smooth operations by working quickly, accurately, and collaboratively during peak times such as game times and special events. Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and service standards. Provide upbeat, attentive, and personable service to guests while maintaining a fun and welcoming sports bar atmosphere. Maintain strong knowledge of beer selections, draft systems, spirits, and promotional offerings. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible service guidelines. Keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift, including glassware, garnishes, kegs, and supplies. Operate the POS system accurately, process payments, and follow all cash handling procedures. Work efficiently during high-volume periods, especially during major sporting events, and coordinate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas in accordance with Health Department and company standards. Assist with inventory counts, product rotation, and restocking needs. Support opening and closing procedures including setup, breakdown, and required documentation. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Perform additional duties or special assignments as required. High school diploma or GED preferred. One to two years of bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume or sports bar environment. Strong knowledge of beer, spirits, and basic cocktail preparation. Excellent communication and guest service skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced, crowded environment. Ability to obtain and maintain any required state gaming, alcohol service, or regulatory licenses. Additional Requirements Position requires mobility to perform essential tasks, including standing and walking during scheduled shifts (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions) Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds including cases, kegs, and bar supplies. Ability to work in environments with loud noise, bright lights, and heavy guest activity. Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events. Compliance with all company policies, sanitation standards, responsible alcohol service laws, and regulatory requirements.
