We are seeking a passionate and talented Bartender to add to our team for our upcoming busy summer season! The ideal candidate will have a love for cocktails, food and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our Costumers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while creating meaningful connections with our guests

Tips Hours:

24- 30 per week Employee discount Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and Toast POS systems. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist with restocking as needed. Help develop a rotating cocktail program. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food industry. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of drink recipes and mixology. Moderate knowledge in Wine and food pairing Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems. Basic math skills for accurate cash management and sales calculations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous Bartending experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience.
