Job Description

Overview The Concessions Bartender is responsible for providing excellent guest service while preparing, serving, and selling beverages at concession stands throughout the BMW Golf Tournament. This position ensures accurate transactions, maintains clean and organized work areas, and contributes to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced outdoor event environment. This is a seasonal role from August 17, 2026, and will end on August 23, 2026. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible. This position will remain open until October 30, 2026. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare, package, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and/or food according to company standards. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked concession stands throughout the event. Restock beverages, food, condiments, and supplies as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Monitor product quality and communicate inventory needs to supervisors. Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties before and after each event. Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient service during peak periods. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous bartending and/or food service/concessions experience preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift heavy objects. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and tournament days. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
