We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Server to join our team at Pizzeria Leopold. As a server in our pizzeria, you ll be the face of our restaurant greeting guests, taking orders, serving pizza, appetizers, salads, sandwiches and drinks, and ensuring every customer feels welcome and satisfied. You ll thrive in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment and bring great energy to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and make them feel at homePresent menus, explain pizza and drink options, and offer recommendationsTake accurate orders and enter them into the POS systemServe food and beverages quickly and efficientlyCheck on guests regularly to ensure satisfactionHandle customer concerns or complaints with professionalismClear and reset tables quickly and cleanlyAssist with side work such as folding pizza boxes, refilling condiments, or helping with to-go ordersMaintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areaWork closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth serviceFollow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredFriendly attitude with strong communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingTeam player with a positive, helpful approachMust be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood Handler s and/or Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)

Working Conditions:

On your feet for most of your shiftFast-paced, energetic environment with frequent guest interactionCarry trays, pizza boxes, or light bus tubs (up to 25 lbs)
