Job Summary:

We're looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision and warmth, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to brand standards Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar throughout the shift Engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Support team operations and assist with inventory and restocking Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1-3 years of previous bartending experience required Desire to learn and grow in a luxury hospitality setting Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $13.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
