Westbound & Down Brewing Company is made of a dynamic team working to provide our community with exceptional service, unique elevated fare, and distinct sophisticated beers. Westbound & Down Mill is our new brewpub in Lafayette, CO. We are looking for 2-3 individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player. All FOH staff will be trained and expected to perform all FOH duties and positions. Must be able to work Sunday.

Responsibilities:

Ensure every guest experience is special and catered to them Provide guests with beer information, history, and be able to answer their questions about our brand Proficient in cash handling Familiar with Point of sales systems Able to be on your feet for 5-8 hours at a time Able to lift up to 50lbs Great customer service Maintain a clean working environment Ability to multi-task under pressure Communicate effectively with management in regards to any issues and scheduling
