Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and upselling specialty drinks or dishes to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area and dining spaces following food safety regulations. Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and bussing tables to support smooth restaurant operations. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours in a fine dining or nightclub setting. Uphold sanitation standards through proper food safety practices and adherence to health regulations. Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every visitor feels valued and comfortable. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for order processing and sales tracking. Experience with lightspeed or similar reservation platforms is a plus for managing guest seating efficiently. Demonstrated skills in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks seamlessly during peak hours. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation protocols, and food safety standards essential for maintaining high-quality service.
