Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of specialty drinks or promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to strict food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with catering or banquet setups when required. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws, including verifying guest age and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with team members in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments to deliver seamless service during busy hours. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering functions. Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is advantageous but not required.
