You'll be running the bar, mixing drinks, and setting the tone for the night — part bartender, part host, part hype person. If you're good behind the bar and even better with people, we want to talk to you. This is a paid position in a fast-paced nightlife setting where your personality is as important as your pour. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to recipe and presentation standards Chat with guests and keep the energy up — friendly, professional, and fun Juggle multiple orders during busy stretches without dropping quality or accuracy Run card transactions through our POS system (GOTab) Keep the bar clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation guidelines Suggest drinks, food, and private rooms to guests to help drive sales Keep an eye on inventory, restock as needed, and flag shortages to management Help set up and break down private rooms, and step in as a party host when needed Skills Solid grasp of mixology, cocktails, wine, craft beer, and spirits Comfortable with POS systems — GOTab, Toast, Aloha, or Micros Good time management, especially when things get busy Strong people skills — you can work a loud room and connect with all kinds of guests Know your way around food handling, food safety, and responsible alcohol service Fast and accurate with transactions Bar, restaurant, or nightclub experience preferred If you like the idea of a job where every shift is a little different, and you can bring both bartending chops and genuine energy to the room — come join us.
