The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all cash handling policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Participate in catering events or banquets as required, providing excellent service in various settings. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for fine dining experiences and the ability to upsell beverages effectively.
