We take pride in serving house-made pasta, pizza, and seasonal contemporary dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere, complemented by a full bar featuring house wines on tap and 12 taps of microbrew beer. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our family team! In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively, welcoming environment for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and POS systems will help ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about our beverage menu, and enhance their overall experience Manage cash transactions accurately using TOAST Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within hospitality or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, cocktail creation, and beverage recipe development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math proficiency for inventory management Join us at Gondolier Italian Eatery and work for a great family restaurant.
