Your expertise in beverage preparation, fine dining standards, and efficient service will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining experience and promote beverage sales. Manage POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management proactively. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, and brewing processes. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is advantageous. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, and food handling safety standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions accurately. Hospitality industry experience including banquet or catering settings is a plus.
