Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently to meet demand without waste. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to boost sales and customer satisfaction. Handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while managing time effectively during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong knowledge of beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, and food safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in fine dining or nightclub settings. Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing.
