Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and building rapport Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to keep pace during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including billing, tipping, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food handling and food safety standards Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and retail math is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods for craft beers or specialty drinks Ability to handle cash handling accurately while managing sales transactions efficiently Experience with catering events or large banquet functions is advantageous for supporting diverse service needs Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
