Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining or nightlife experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring correct transactions and balanced registers. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Assist in setting up the bar area for service, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is operational. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote sales through suggestive selling techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including catering events or banquet functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS ; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. Experience serving in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets.
