Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as SpotOn POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to all alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including beverage ingredients and garnishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service, catering events, or banquet setups when needed. Use strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service standards. Uphold safety protocols related to food safety, alcohol service, and general hospitality practices. Assist in setting up for special events such as nightclubs or catering functions to create an inviting environment. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of POS system is essential for efficient order processing. Experience serving in fine dining environments or banquet settings is a plus, showcasing your versatility across different hospitality contexts. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate change calculation. Previous experience working with brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
