Summary:
A bartender is a skilled team player who may work at a range of bars inside and/or outside of the Clubhouse, whether that be stationary bars or pop-up event bars.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides immediate attention to all Members and guests upon arrival.
- Set up and breakdown bar(s) each shift.
- Clears, cleans and restocks the bar accordingly.
- Keeps a constantly sanitary and organized bar up.
- Requires knowledge of classic and current cocktails, beer and wine.
- Must learn CCD seasonal cocktail menus.
- Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
- Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the Dining Room Manager.
- Consistently follows local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
- Performs other appropriate duties assigned by Dining Room Manager.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
o Bartending experience at a fine dining restaurant or private club preferred. o Available to work weekends, overtime when necessary, and for all major holidays. o Professional etiquette is necessary to communicate with club members/guests.
Additional Requirements:
§ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. § Must be able to work weekends and holidays. § Must be able to provide authorization to work in the USA. § Must have reliable transportation. § Must be able to speak communicate in English (Spanish is a plus). § While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to walk or stand or sit for long periods of time. § Must be able to bend, sit at a desk for long periods of time, balance, reach, stoop, kneel & reach with both arms without hindrance; ability to climb on step stool or ladder. § May be exposed to all types of weather (rain, heat, snow, cold, sun, etc.).
