We're a small, bartender‑run operation, so every team member plays a direct role in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for our guests. 00 per hour plus Tips Job Summary As a Bartender at Trevi, you'll prepare drinks, greet and engage guests, maintain a clean and organized bar, and help keep service running smoothly during regular nights and community events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a neighborhood bar atmosphere, can work independently, and thrives in a space where hospitality and consistency matter more than theatrics. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly, respectful service to a diverse guest community, including LGBTQ+ patrons and allies. Manage cash and card transactions using our POS system; maintain accuracy and accountability. Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift. Restock alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate inventory needs promptly. Support smooth service during busy nights, themed events, and community gatherings. Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines. Skills & Experience Prior bartending experience preferred; comfort working solo behind the bar is a plus. Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a calm, professional presence. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods. Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
