Duties Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining or drinking experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Assist in setting up and breaking down events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth operations. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Requirements Previous restaurant experience, including fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings, is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with liquor laws and regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate order processing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
