Bartender Weeds Cafe Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing high-quality beverages and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, garnishes, and glassware. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling efficiently. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about drink selections, and make recommendations based on preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain an organized cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, cocktail trends, and food safety protocols. Requirements No experience needed. We provide In house Training Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, brewing techniques, and food handling practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
