Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining and catering environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Engage with guests to provide an enjoyable experience, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management. Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Experience in catering services is a plus but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
