Experienced Server/Waiter/Waitress/Bartender (Week day/night and Weekend day/night Shifts)

Job Summary:

Stix is growing and we are seeking an experienced server with 2+years of table side and Bartending to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking food and drink orders, and mixing up cocktails in a timely manner. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or special requests
• Bartending/Mixology
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tables, chairs, and dining room
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests

Experience:

• 2+ years experience working in a table side restaurant or hospitality setting is required
• Week day/night and weekend day/nightshift availability required for this job post
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
