We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender who is high-energy, friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether working busy dinner services, private events, or weekend crowds, you will play a key role in creating a fun, upbeat, and professional bar experience for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and restaurant specials Engage with guests in a professional and energetic manner while creating a welcoming atmosphere Monitor bar inventory and communicate supply needs to management Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards behind the bar and surrounding areas Assist servers and team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth service Verify guest age requirements and follow all alcohol service regulations Upsell beverages, cocktails, and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Skills & Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Strong customer service and communication skills High-energy, outgoing, and friendly personality Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor Experience with POS systems preferred Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to handle high-volume shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred but not required Schedule & Availability Hours can vary depending on the days of the week and shifts worked Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available Why Join Testo's?
