INTERNAL CAREER SITE

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining and stocking bars in accordance with department procedures and standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

includes but not limited to: Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware Cleans floors, equipment, countertops and shelves in assigned outlets

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists Bartender with maintaining garnishes, washing glassware and overall cleanliness of bars

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Must be able to follow written directions Must be able to fill stock orders

Competencies :

Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Good written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures Basic knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and glassware Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines Working knowledge of the property and gaming floor

Training Requirements:

Outlet-specific standard operating procedures SMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
