Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and with a positive attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve drinks following company recipes and state laws Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Provide an exceptional guest experience and build regular clientele Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area Handle cash and process payments using POS systems Adhere to all health and safety standards Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Server , Bartender , or Waitstaff preferred Must be 18+ and legally eligible to serve alcohol in CT Strong communication and multitasking skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed TIPS certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Why Work at Gino's?
