The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist in food preparation and ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully before serving. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all surfaces are sanitized and organized. Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Help manage the cash register during busy periods, processing payments accurately. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to any inquiries. Support bartenders during peak hours by delivering drinks and assisting with bar setup as needed. Skills Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting, particularly during busy service hours.
