The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, recommend drinks, and ensure satisfaction. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Assist with banquet events and catering services as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions are essential. Experience in food service, including food safety practices and food handling regulations, is highly desirable. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation will be beneficial. A background in hospitality or retail math is advantageous for managing orders and payments efficiently.
