Must have at least 3 years of experience in upscale dining. Professional appearance , positive attitude and outgoing personality a must. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Take food orders accurately, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly while maintaining food safety standards Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently during shifts, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food handling and safety regulations Upsell menu items to boost sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining. Familiarity with POS systems . Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, retail math calculations, and cash transactions Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
