In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, mixing drinks, serving guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a knack for multitasking, and enjoys engaging with diverse guests in a dynamic environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Use POS systems (Toast) to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about drinks or menu items, and foster a friendly atmosphere. Support event service including regular dinner service, banquets and catering functions by serving drinks promptly and professionally. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting shortages or issues promptly. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory counts, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
