Server/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients; assist in ordering as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices. Experience in brewing or crafting specialty drinks is a plus. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences. Basic math skills for processing transactions efficiently.
