Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, craft drinks, and specialty concoctions, ensuring precision and presentation. Manage bar operations efficiently by overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food safety and food handling procedures are followed. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking with accuracy. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health standards in a busy nightclub or banquet setting. Train staff on proper serving techniques, responsible alcohol service, and customer engagement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized bar area while managing time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales reports with retail math principles. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or high-volume venues such as nightclubs or banquet halls. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or mentoring team members in a hospitality setting. Extensive knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with catering operations and banquet environments is a plus.
