Job Description
About us Relic Brewing has been producing all kinds of ales and lagers since Feb 2012. Our spacious tap room hub serves as a gathering place for all kinds of people. We have a full bar with cocktails and snacks. Employees are expected to learn every aspect of the service side of the business from serving beer properly, making cocktails, to learning about spirits, engaging with customers and cleaning. We are looking for a part time sunday person, to work approximately 1 to 6 pm and possibly some saturdays like 6 to 11. Its $17 per hour plus the tips. In some ways its a more difficult shift, because you are often working alone and therefore need to know how to do nearly everything. Its not always busy but can be, so you need to be responsible and know how to manage a line of customers. We will train you on everything, but similar work experience is strongly desired. Once you are trained, there's likely opportunity to pick up an occasional shift on different days if you feel like it.
Responsibilities:
Learn how and then pour the beer properly. Describe the beers and learn the styles Mix cocktails and serve them following our recipes Provide excellent customer service. Cleaning glasses and trays, cleaning bars and tables, and other surfaces Learn how to open and close down the establishment Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Understand the laws related to serving alcohol.Job Type:
