Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS system Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy periods, special events, or banquets Requirements Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar preferred. Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Ability to prepare drinks accurately and efficiently during busy service. Strong guest service and communication skills. Experience using a POS system and handling payments. Ability to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar. Understanding of responsible alcohol service and age verification requirements. Ability to work well with servers, managers, and kitchen staff. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ServSafe Alcohol or equivalent certification preferred.
