Server/Bartender

Server/Bartender (Part-Time-30 Hours/Week) About Us We are a welcoming, family-owned restaurant focused on great food, friendly service, and creating a comfortable atmosphere for our guests. We're looking for an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our team and help us continue delivering memorable dining experiences. Position Overview As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant: greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every table feels taken care of from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in providing excellent service. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality presentation Handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience What We're Looking For Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred (but willing to train the right person) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic math skills for handling payments and orders Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Consistent part-time hours (30 hours per week) Friendly, supportive, family-style work environment Flexible scheduling when possible Unlimited earning potential through tips, great service is rewarded directly by guests If you enjoy connecting with people and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you!
