Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, ensuring safe serving practices at all times Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering and retail math calculations for accurate change Restock bar supplies regularly, track inventory levels, and communicate needs to management Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order management Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus for creating signature drinks or specialty cocktails Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing in fast-paced environments Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
