Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, mixing and serving beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Provide recommendations on drink selection based on customer preferences
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Strong retail math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell additional food and beverage items
