Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness to support smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; experience with fine dining or nightclubs is a plus Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a busy environment Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Experience in food industry roles such as serving, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is beneficial Join us as a bartender where your hospitality skills will shine!
