Daytime Bartender - Hotshots Cafe (Willimantic, CT)

Bartender Shift:

Primary Day Shift (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | Occasional weekend nights available if desired

Role:

Looking for a steady, straightforward bartending spot with an easygoing routine? Hotshots Cafe is hiring a reliable daytime bartender to run the bar, pour drinks, and keep our regulars company. This is a low-stress, easy-to-manage shift. We serve a straightforward menu—primarily cold beer, shots, and simple mixed drinks. No complex mixology required.

You like talking to people, making regulars feel welcome, and keeping the energy easy and friendly.

Confident & Resilient:

Our crowd consists of local blue-collar workers, retirees, veterans, and neighborhood regulars. They can be rowdy, vocal, and lively at times, so a confident personality and thick skin are key.

Reliable:

You show up on time, keep the bar area clean, handle cash accurately, and take care of business.

Age Requirement:

Must be 21+ with a valid ID. Prior bartending or pour-house experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong interpersonal skills matter most.

Schedule & Compensation:

Mostly 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM weekday shifts (great hours if you prefer to have your nights free). Hourly base pay + daily cash/credit tips. How to
