Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and managing guest intoxication levels responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments; cocktail experience and mixology skills are essential. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Experience with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies. Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
