Station 1633 is looking for experienced, dependable Servers and Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. We're seeking hospitality professionals who are personable, attentive, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests. Maintain strong knowledge of our food menu, cocktails, beer, wine, and daily specials. Take accurate orders and ensure timely food and beverage service. Make recommendations and confidently answer guest questions. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Maintain clean, organized dining and bar areas. Handle payments accurately and follow restaurant procedures. Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Qualifications Previous serving or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts. Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additional Bartender Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages consistently and accurately. Maintain an organized, clean, and properly stocked bar. Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and drink preparation.
