The ideal candidate will assist bartenders and staff by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations during busy night shifts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the food and beverage industry, especially within a vibrant nightlife setting. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and efficient service delivery, making it an essential part of our dynamic team. Duties Restock bar supplies including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service Assist bartenders with food preparation and presentation as needed Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces Bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes promptly Support food handling and service during events such as banquets or catering functions Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions when necessary Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces or banquet areas Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of POS systems like Toast Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitation standards Experience working in nightclubs or hotel food & beverage settings is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night shifts Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Kitchen experience can be valuable assets This role is vital for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while supporting the overall success of our venue.
