Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items or catering events like banquets or private parties. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to manage time effectively in busy environments, ensuring prompt service during peak hours. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting.
