Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender for our dining room and outdoor deck ( featuring 65 seats, full bar, TVs with live sports, live music and kitchen). The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards. Experience Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
