The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, whether in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage the Aloha POS system for processing orders and handling cash register transactions efficiently. Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and delivering timely service. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred; experience in a nightclub or banquet setting is a plus. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and cocktail preparation techniques is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
