As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Upsell drink specials and menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment. Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Must be at least 21 years old as per legal requirements for serving alcohol. A passion for mixology and willingness to learn about new drinks and techniques.
