Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Square . Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere while managing time effectively during high-volume shifts. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
