What You'll Do Craft cocktails and pour spirits with precision, speed, and consistency Guide guests through our whiskey program and beverage menu with confidence Create a welcoming, engaging bar experience—not just transactions Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready at all times Work closely with the team to maintain strong service flow Contribute ideas to seasonal cocktails and evolving menu features What We're Looking For Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits (whiskey knowledge is a big plus) A natural ability to engage guests and build a great atmosphere Calm, focused performance under pressure A team-first mindset with strong attention to detail
