RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve drinks from our signature menu. Offer genuine interactions with guests, sharing the rich history of Owl Café while making them feel at home with warm and friendly conversations. Ensure the bar remains fully stocked with essential ingredients and maintain its cleanliness and appearance. Memorize food and drink offerings, suggest pairings and answer questions about ingredients and preparation. Efficiently process orders, manage tabs, and handle financial transactions with accuracy. Maintain the highest cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring the bar area is inviting and compliant with health regulations. Work cooperatively with kitchen and floor staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous bartending experience preferred , demonstrating proficiency in crafting a range of beverages. Familiarity with classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and a basic understanding of wine and beer offerings. Must be 21 years old or older Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a memorable guest experience. Team player Able to uphold the quality and safety standards of the bar, with attention to detail and cleanliness. Able to stand for extended periods and manage the physical demands of a busy bar environment, including lifting heavy items.
