Job Summary The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a formal setting, possess knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails, and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our members and guests through attentive service and knowledge of our menu offerings. Duties Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor tables for member and guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and banquet areas. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure member and guest safety. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Culinary experience or fine dining experience is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
